Silencing the Expression of Cyclin G1 Enhances the Radiosensitivity of Hepatocellular Carcinoma In Vitro and In Vivo by Inducing Apoptosis

Radiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Cyclin G1 is a novel member cyclin family, and it abnormally expressed HCC. In this study we investigated radiotherapy HCC cells. The expression was silenced by transfection G1-siRNA into HepG2 cells Huh7 cells, mRNA protein measured qRT-PCR Western blot analysis. proliferation analyzed using MTT assay, radiosensitivity detected colony formation assay xenograft tumor model. apoptosis-related proteins (Bcl-2 Bax) analysis, caspase-3 fluorimetry. HepG2/Huh7-cyclin found to be significantly decreased compared that HepG2/Huh7 Silencing inhibited enhanced vitro vivo. Knockdown Bcl-2 expression, increased Bax activity enhances mechanism for may related regulation proteins.
